1. Who we are

Ravel (“we”, “us”) runs The Pit at ravelrpg.com (this marketing site), app.ravelrpg.com (the player and host app) and table.ravelrpg.com (the TV display). [Data controller name and address: to be added.]

2. This website

ravelrpg.com itself collects nothing about you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and has no forms. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) delivers the pages and may keep ordinary technical records of requests.

3. The game: what we store

To play, you sign in with Google or with an email address and password (sign-in is provided by Supabase). We store: your account email; your display name; the Vessel names and likenesses you choose; campaign and match data (what happened at the table, and your progress); the join and pairing codes used to connect phones and the TV; and basic technical logs that help us run and secure the Service.

We use this to run the game, keep your campaign between sessions, keep the Service secure, and answer your questions.

4. Email

We send email only to verify your address and to reset your password. These emails are sent through Resend. We do not send marketing email.

5. Services we use

Cloudflare (hosting and DNS), Render (the game server), Supabase (the database and sign-in) and Resend (email). They process data for us so that the Service works. [Where each provider stores data and the basis for transfers: to be added.]

6. The narrator

The narrator’s voice is made of pre-recorded lines. Nothing you do or say is sent to an AI service to produce narration, and we do not record your room.

7. We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account or campaign exists. A campaign’s host can delete the campaign, which removes its data. [Retention of backups and logs, and what happens when an account is closed: to be added.]

9. Your choices

10. Children

The Pit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, tell us and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date on this page and, for material changes, tell you before they apply.
